Color and Appearance:	Limpio y brillante, de capa alta, con un intenso color cereza picota.
Nose / Aroma:	En nariz es intenso, con sensaciones dulces y cálidas. Toques a frutas del bosque maduras. Notas a vainilla y ligeros tostados de su paso por barrica.
Mouth / Flavors:	Presenta un buen paso por boca, con buena estructura. Es carnoso, de elgante tanino, equilibrado y con buena acidez. En retronasal reaparecen los tostados de la barrica.
Recommendations:	Temperature 16º - 18º C
Food Pairing:	Perfecto para acompañar carnes blancas o rojas, tanto a la plancha como a la parrilla, arroces, quesos de media curación, y todo tipo de pastas. Va bien con unas setas, o con pescados al horno.
