Color and Appearance:	Limpio y brillante, de capa medio alta, con un intenso color granate y destellos púrpura.
Nose / Aroma:	En nariz es intenso, con marcados aromas tostados fruto de la crianza, en armonía con la fruta fresca, mora y arándanos.
Mouth / Flavors:	Presenta un buen paso por boca, con buena estructura, y un tanino redondo. Fácil, equilibrado y con buena acidez. En retronasal reaparecen los tostados de la barrica.
Recommendations:	Temperature 15º - 16º C
Food Pairing:	Perfecto para acompañar carnes blancas o rojas, tanto a la plancha como a la parrilla, arroces, quesos de media curación, y todo tipo de pastas.
