Nose / Aroma:	Nose elegant and delicate where very fresh aromas of red, black and even floral fruits stand out, subtly fused with the contribution of the oak where it has rested, endowing it with complexity and expressiveness.
Mouth / Flavors:	In the mouth it surprises its delicacy and velvety sensation without letting demonstrate vividness, expressivity and persistence. It offers minerality, good acidity and freshness.

Location

An Earth that prints character.

Alta Pavina is located in an estate located in the municipality of La Parrilla (Valladolid), at an altitude of 1,000 meters.

This zone of páramos of frank-calcareous soil on the Ribera del Duero, offers a continental climate with few precipitations and notable contrasts of temperature.

Some wines with a strong personality need to be born in a special area, as in the Pago de la Pavina estate.

Vineyard

The fruit of constant work.

The vineyard that surrounds Bodegas Alta Pavina has an area of 35 hectares and is made up of two grape varieties: Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon.
