Color and Appearance:	Deep, intense, cherry red with violet reflections; very lively.
Nose / Aroma:	Spicy notes of licorice and black fruits. Floral nuances of violets and jasmine with touches of balsamic and smoky notes.
Mouth / Flavors:	Soft entry, broad, generous, well-structured in the mouth, with round tannins for a magnificently balanced wine. Long and mineral aftertaste.
Recommendations:	Temperature: 16 - 18ºC

Ageing:	Malolactic fermentation in second-year, medium-toasted French oak barrels. Subsequently, it is aged in 1,200 liter French oak foudres for 20 months.
