Color and Appearance:	Ripe cherry red with a medium layer. Clean and bright.
Nose / Aroma:	Aromas of black fruits with a predominance of blueberries. Very mineral.
Mouth / Flavors:	Very mineral with good acidity, light but long, fresh and with medium tannin. Well integrated alcohol.
Recommendations:	Temperature: 14 - 16º C
Food Pairing:	Red tuna belly, meat and vegetable lasagna, slaughter with fried eggs, hot pots.
