Color and Appearance:	Spectacular cherry color with a very high layer.
Nose / Aroma:	Complex and intense aroma of ripe black fruit with nuances spices such as cocoa and vanilla and subtle notes of flower almond and cedar.
Mouth / Flavors:	Soft and honeyed entry, without edges. Very long, with memories of cocoa. Elegant.
Recommendations:	Temperature 16 - 18º C
Food Pairing:	Especially suitable for meats, stewed or grilled. It is also a good companion to aged cheeses and semi-cured.
