Color and Appearance:	Straw yellow in color with a greenish rim.
Nose / Aroma:	Good intensity on the nose, citrus and stone fruit aromas.
Mouth / Flavors:	Splendid and expressive on the palate that perfectly shows the unctuousness and volume provided by the clay soils, together with the freshness provided by the sand as the second most important component.
Recommendations:	Temperature: 8 - 10º C
Food Pairing:	Perfect to enjoy by the glass, with skewers, vegetable rice, grilled octopus, creams and grilled vegetables.
