Color and Appearance:	Straw yellow in color with a greenish rim.
Nose / Aroma:	Good intensity on the nose, pip and stone fruit accompanied by a slight aroma of white flowers and a slight mineral reminiscence.
Mouth / Flavors:	On the palate, fresh and balanced with ample sensations in the mouth and with a long retronasal finish, stone fruits appear combined with pip fruits along with some memories of dried fruits.
Recommendations:	Temperature: 8 - 10º C
Food Pairing:	The perfect pairing of fish stews, poularde in sauce, green vegetables with prawns or grilled turbot.
