Color and Appearance:	Straw yellow in color with a yellow rim.
Nose / Aroma:	Good intensity on the nose, roasted apple pip fruit, floral and balsamic notes accompanied by a touch of dried fruit and a slight mineral reminiscence.
Mouth / Flavors:	Fresh, vertical and balanced with ample sensations in the mouth and with a long retronasal finish, stone fruits appear combined with overripe pip fruits in compote, along with hints of dried fruit.
Recommendations:	Temperature: 8 - 10º C
Food Pairing:	Elegance and balance in the glass to enjoy with good lobster rice, baked fish, truffled turkey, pickled partridge or red prawns.

Ageing:	36 months in stainless steel tanks where they are stirred periodically to give the wine greater breadth in the mouth, protect it against oxidation and low levels of sulfites.

Soils:	Mainly limestone, which provide minerality and a percentage of ferrous clay that provide volume in the mouth, they are generally deep soils, with a sandy and clayey component that gives us structure.
