The grapes come from vineyards in La Horra cultivated under our supervision. The age of the vineyards ranges between 15 and 90 years. Harvested by hand in small boxes, all the bunches being inspected, one by one, on the selection table.

Color and Appearance:	Intense cherry cherry with violet iridescence. Very clean and bright.
Nose / Aroma:	Fruity aromas (strawberries, raspberries and currants) and highly intense spicy aromas on a light licorice background. Mineral tones, with subtle aromas of wet clay.
Mouth / Flavors:	In the mouth it is intense, sweet, fresh and fleshy, with very sweet and balanced tannins, with a long-lasting finish in which the fruity tones reappear.

Ageing:	Malolactic fermentation in 2-year-old French barrels, at low temperature to obtain a finesse and a very personal style. Aging for 15 months in 600 L barrels. 50% of the barrels are new.

Formats:	0,75L y 1,5L.
