It is the wine that most defines their philosophy. It comes from lands of decomposed granite and poor in organic matter. Its name is a declaration of principles that metaphorically summarizes the philosophy of the careful elaborations of the winery. The inspiration for the label comes from an old school notebook belonging to José Antonio López's mother.

José Antonio López is one of the most significant names of the Rias Baixas D.O. and, together with other young enthusiasts, such as his friend Gerardo Méndez, he founded the D.O. in 1986.
Unlike maestro Gerardo, who has always preserved the rusticity of his origins in his Albariños, José Antonio has made his wines from a more intellectual point of view, being aware of the year he is working on and which grapes he needs to make the wine.
His experience is proven: first in Morgadío and then in Lusco, he has shown that his formula travels with him. Tricó is his new project.
