Color and Appearance:	Cherry red with a maroon rim and a lower middle layer.
Nose / Aroma:	The nose is complex with good intensity with hints of earth, roots and a subtle mineral touch. It is balsamic and evokes memories of aromatic herbs, all accompanied by a touch of red fruit and plum.
Mouth / Flavors:	In the mouth it shows excellent acidity and balance with the memory of red fruit at its ripening point. A persistent and enveloping fresh wine. In aftertaste it is persistent.
Recommendations:	Temperature 17º - 18º C.
Food Pairing:	A delicate wine in terms of aromas but with enough structure to accompany fatty fish, pasta with white sauces, poultry and semi-cured cheeses.
