Albillo Real is a variety recovered from those that before phylloxera could be found regularly in Castilla-La Mancha and neighboring provinces to the north. A very low-yielding, drought-resistant and short-cycle variety, one of the first varieties harvested in the region.

Color and Appearance:	Lemon yellow with gold reflections, dense.
Nose / Aroma:	On the complex, intense nose, mineral touches accompanied by red apple and aromatic herbs, subtle cinnamon, all with a background reminiscent of quince, an elegant evolution.
Mouth / Flavors:	On the palate it is a wine with nerve, with volume. It is unctuous and the medium and persistent acidity gives it expressiveness. In the aftertaste, it brings back the memory of the aromatic herbs...
Recommendations:	Temperature 8º - 10º C.
