Color and Appearance:	On a cherry red background, its cherry rims combine with dense, slow-falling tears.
Nose / Aroma:	The subtle notes of toffee, scrubland, cedar, cured cheese, coffee and cocoa do not overlap the aromas of wild blackberry and candied plum characteristic of Tinta de Toro.
Mouth / Flavors:	On the palate it is presented as a powerful wine that reflects the terroir, with great unctuousness and a retro-olfaction of liquor and cocoa chocolate that accompanies a very long memory that invites a second sip.

Food Pairing:	Due to its great structure, it will go perfectly with very strong stews, red meats and game.
