Peñafiel Winery


A small Winery of stone located in an environment privileged, with views to the castle of Peñafiel, Museum Provincial of the wine and in one of the most prestigious denominations of origin, Ribera del Duero.



Bodegas Peñafiel is a winery with a target clear, raise and market wines of high range, with a wide variety both in wines classic, as of cutting more modern.



If there is something that characterized their wines is the breeding, exclusively in barrels of French oaks, which attached to the vintage late, confers to these an accused personality.



Air texture and the intensity of the colors, the dry rustle of heat in summer, the wet smell of winter which rests in the vineyards. A knot of sensations unique, unrepeatable that collected by the will of the winemaker Juan Pablo, lighted a unique and personal wine.



Vineyard



Bodegas Peñafiel has more than 32 has of vineyard, with some varieties like, Tempranillo, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon whose plots is located in Peñafiel and Castrillo, areas with an exceptional climatology for obtaining red wines of high quality.
