Color and Appearance:	Ruby color with a layer of medium-high intensity.
Nose / Aroma:	Los Perejiles is made respecting the varietal aromas and the freshness of the plot with honesty. Red and violet fruit with a background of clove and cinnamon in a mineral setting.
Mouth / Flavors:	In the mouth it is exciting and sexy, with great fluidity and freshness.
Recommendations:	Temperature 16 - 18º C.

Grape Varieties:	95% Tinto Fino - 5% Albillo mayor

Ageing:	Malolactic fermentation and aging for 18 months in new French oak barrels.

Soils:	Soils with limestone bedrock outcropping on the surface and the vegetal part, with a mixture of clays and sands.
