Secreto 2RS reveals the mystery of the Ribera Soriana, from Burgos vines on the border with the province of Soria, over 80 years old, at an altitude of 950 meters on sandy soils with a limestone bedrock.

Color and Appearance:	Intense red colour.
Nose / Aroma:	Wine scented with notes of red and black fruits, combined with spicy balsamic, light touches and violet flowers.
Mouth / Flavors:	In mouth it is round, juicy and fresh. Long finish and ore. Perfect balance in which prevails the freshness against the wood.
Recommendations:	Temperature: 16º - 18ºC
Food Pairing:	It is a wine very gourmet, to discover and be tasted with plenty of dishes such as rice dishes of sea and mountain, risotto, pasta, vegetables, stews, roasts, meats and cheeses, as well as with kitchen fusion.
