Conceived as a French domain, the concept of a boutique winery with an avant-garde design stands out, surrounded by spectacular vineyards in a unique setting between the municipalities of Roa and Pedrosa de Duero.

Color and Appearance:	Very intense cherry red colour, concentrated, almost opaque, with a purple rim, attractively vivid and with abundant tinted tears.
Nose / Aroma:	Deep, very intense nose, with a marked varietal character in which the very marked and concentrated red fruit stands out. Very fine wood, barely perceptible, and a very well-defined balsamic background.
Mouth / Flavors:	Whole and vigorous on the palate. Fleshy and with nerve, very fresh. Excellent structure, of great relief, but its tannins are of great quality, very fine and well worked, which provide roundness, amplitude and harmony.
Tasting notes:	It is opulent, creamy, well put together and with great potential, but it has an elegance, finesse and balance that make it truly spectacular on that very long finish.
Winemaker notes:	It is a wine of great depth, which reflects its origin and exhibits the authenticity of its terroir of origin, called CALOGÍA.
Recommendations:	Temperature 16º - 18ºC. Its incredible aging potential stands out (15-20 years) which, without a doubt, collectors of great wines will appreciate.

Dominio de Calogía, a dream come true. Under the direction of José Manuel Pérez Ovejas and his wife, Silvia Ortega, we discovered this winery project, founded in 2019 with a focus on high-quality wines.

When we think of wine and winery, we often think of a French domaine, a boutique winery, avant-garde design, innovation and quality, vineyards cared for with respect for the environment, etc.

At Dominio de Calogía, they have managed to integrate everything we love about a winery: spectacular vineyards that surround it, a unique location between the municipalities of Roa and Pedrosa de Duero, at the foot of the majestic Cuesta Manvirgo.

They have their own vineyards that they meticulously care for, creating a special terroir, Dominio de Calogía, a plot that gives the winery its name and defines the wine's style from the beginning.
