Color and Appearance:	Pretty cherry red color, very covered and bright.
Nose / Aroma:	Mature black fruit in the line of plum and blackberry, mineral notes such as graphite, spicy with hints of pepper, vanilla and cedar, subtle and fine touches of black licorice, chocolate sensation, very balsamic.
Mouth / Flavors:	The palate is a wine with great initial impact but its sweet and ripe tannins and its creaminess make it a tamed, rounded, wide and tasty wine. Retronasal full of aromatic nuances and flavors that remind us of toffee and cherry in liquor.
Recommendations:	Temperature 16º - 18ºC
Food Pairing:	Perfect to accompany stewed birds, grilled red meats, grilled or stewed. Also marida with blue fish. Cheeses, sausages and foie gras.
