Color and Appearance:	High layer. Cherry red, with light iodine tones in a thin layer.
Nose / Aroma:	Powerful and intense, notes of vanilla, licorice and leather with ripe red fruits.
Mouth / Flavors:	It appears powerful and structured with the presence of very ripe tannins, ripe compote fruit appears. Tasty, enveloping and persistent.
Recommendations:	Temperature 14 - 16º C
Food Pairing:	White meats, oily fish, red meats and the typical lamb chops in the area of this wine especially cooked grilled and roasted.
