Color and Appearance:	Cherry red, high layer with slightly evolved purple edges.
Nose / Aroma:	Powerful, very expressive. Black fruits in compote, assembled with spicy and roasted wood notes.
Mouth / Flavors:	Powerful and structured, with great meatiness. Marked notes of ripe jam fruits, background of noble woods in perfect balance. Very enveloping and persistent.
Recommendations:	Temperature 16 - 18º C
