Color and Appearance:	Cherry red color. Elegant, complex and suggestive wine.
Nose / Aroma:	Aromas of black and red fruit of excellent ripeness stand out. Aromatic complexity with subtle notes of vanilla, coconut, spices, cedar and fine toasted notes.
Mouth / Flavors:	Velvety and tasty on the palate, it retains freshness and at the same time the volume of the fruit providing a silky texture.
Recommendations:	Temperature 17 - 18º C

Ageing:	Minimum 16 months in French oak barrels and then 8 more months in 12,500l French oak vats and a final touch in concrete eggs that allows the freshness of the fruit extracted from the grapes.

Grape harvest:	Manual harvesting, careful preparation, malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels.
