Color and Appearance:	Very dark cherry color with garnet edge. Clean and bright. Lacrima abundant, thick, slow and tinted.
Nose / Aroma:	The nose has a good intensity, it is a fruity pump, predominantly black fruit, blackberries, cherries and also licorice, under a toasted and earthy background due to the influence of extremely calcareous soil.
Mouth / Flavors:	The palate is broad, powerful, sweet, with structure and a marked acidity but integrated to support the alcoholic degree.
Tasting notes:	Tannins of very good quality, completely round and fatty. It came very long and with great persistence.
Recommendations:	Temperature 16º - 18º C
Food Pairing:	Cured cheeses, roast lamb, lamb cutlets, stews, game meat and less.
