Ribera del Duero red wine, the jewel in the crown of this project. The grapes are the result of respectful and sustainable viticulture, cultivated using traditional methods. The Tempranillo Poblacional vines, some eighty-year-old, where each plant is unique and distinct from its neighbor, are well-adapted to the rigors of our climate; shaped by time, their fruit is as scarce as it is balanced.

Color and Appearance:	Bright ruby red colour, with medium layer and rim bluish.
Nose / Aroma:	Memory of intense and fresh red fruit, intense, like fresh from the winepress, but with a polished and elegant nose.
Mouth / Flavors:	Powerful mouth, with an explosive entry, full of freshness and youth. It has an intense tannin, which is marked in mouth and that gives it life and personality.
Recommendations:	Temperature 15 - 16º C
