Five generations of winemakers who for more than 150 years have continued the tradition with the utmost respect for the land where their wines come from.
A meticulous and rigorous work in the field to get a grape of the best quality, true to the philosophy of Javier Sanz Viticultor: intervene as little as possible in the process of making their wines.
Climate
The strains are favored by three elements: the soil, the continental climate and the Verdejo grape (with great personality and optimum potential for winemaking).
