Color and Appearance:	High color cherry coating. Dense tear.
Nose / Aroma:	Among the aromas of the Cabernet Sauvignon, the black plum and a pinch of ripe red pepper stand out, appearing between the currant and the cherry.
Mouth / Flavors:	A slight flavor of cocoa with milk shows that the aging in the barrel achieves a fundamental volume in the mouth in a wine with an easy, cheerful and light passage that, without a doubt, invites a second sip.
Recommendations:	Temperature: 16 - 18º C
Food Pairing:	Meats, both stews and roasts, Mediterranean recipes.
