Color and Appearance:	Beautiful dark Cherry colour.
Nose / Aroma:	Generous, intense and typical aroma variety, with notes of very ripe fruit and even Jam (plum, Blueberry).
Mouth / Flavors:	Fine tannin of unmistakable varietal character, which leaves a balsamic traces of cedar.
Recommendations:	Temperature 15 - 16 ºC
Food Pairing:	Ideal with cold cuts and all meats: pork, veal, ox and, especially the wild duck. Taste it also with fish prepared in mariniere sauces.
