We don't want you pay more for your shipments so, we made a rate customized for each type of request.

In this way, your wines will not be increased by the transport. Shipping rates are optimized for boxes of 1,2,3, 4 to 6 bottles.

If you have any questions, our Customer Service will be at you dispousal to resolve it, so that you can take advantage of the benefits we offer. In the attached picture you can see the different strips of shipping.

Magnum or greater formats are catalogued in different rates according to their weight, and how those special gift Collections.

In the shopping cart appears information ranked, so that at all times you can know the cost of the shipment of your order.

What is included in the price of delievery?

The rates listed on this page include, in addition to the transport of the products, its packaging in boxes specially designed for transporting bottles, insurance against loss or breakage as well as VAT in the territories where this tax applies.

We work with several delivery agencies: MRW, SEUR, NACEX, UPS, FEDEX, DHL

How long it will take to arrive?

Normally, all the orders to Spain or Portugal arrive in the following 2-3 business, it's depending on the stock of them. Shipments to the Baleares Islands and to other European countries usually take between 5-10 days, while shipments to the Canary Islands will be delivered between 8 and 12 working days after the order.

The time starts counting from 9 in the morning of the next business day to the confirmation of the order (or at the time that MundoVinum receives income, for orders paid by bank transfer). Please note that orders received on Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday will not be sent until Monday.

What happend if I out of my home?

We thank you that you provide as much information about where and how we can send you your order, times we can locate you and when. Provide us a phone where you can locate easily to coordinate delivery service. This way we can offer you the service of delivery in the most efficient way possible.

Keep in mind that the contract conditions are for standard service (non-urgent), economic, with delivery during the day, from Monday to Friday, and without prior notice.

While most agencies adapt to a delivery only in the morning or only in the afternoon, this is not always possible and the Agency is not required to attend this kind of requests. We recommend to indicate an address where there is always someone during the day to receive the delivery on the first attempt.

Anyway, MundoVinum will send you an email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, and a few hours later, will provide you the information needed to follow the shipment at the carrier's web and get to know the estimated date of delivery.

Have I to pay something to the carrier?

Transportation is included in the total price of the order. If you chose to pay cash on delivery, you must pay the total amount of the order to the carrier. If you have paid with credit card or by transfer, it does not have to pay anything to the carrier. (For Switzerland, Andorra, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, see additional information about import duties and local taxes.)

Can I request to send me the bottles in its original wooden box?

Only where the original boxes complying with approved standard transport packaging, otherwise your claim in case of breakage would not be possible; only consignments in approved packaging, as our reinforced cardboard boxes, are covered by transport insurance.

Do I request urgent delivery service, paying the difference?

It depends on the destination. If you need any urgent service or that your order is delivered on a specific date, please contact our Customer Service:

Can I ask for a delivery at a hotel?

Yes, of course. Anyway, before ordering, please contact our DEP the customer on the phone 91 129 11 11 or via email: so that we can advise you on how to indicate the data for delivery and helping arrange the shipment so that you arrive at the hotel during your stay.

What should I do if a bottle is broken?

Packaging is designed to prevent breakage and our partners are well aware of the fragility of the product, but it is possible that there is any break. In this case, you have to contact to our Custimer Service at:

The cost of return assume us, just tell us where to pick it up and our agency will go to look for it, within a maximum period of 30 days from your date of purchase.

What should I keep in mind when buying a wine collector, or ancient vintages?

The collection wines available on our website come from private collections, not directly from the winery, like the rest of our wines. Although they are fit for consumption, the quality of these wines of collector is not guaranteed, and may not be subject of complaint in case of a defect, or insufficient quality. Due to his age, returns will not be accepted.

Before to buy these wines, our technical team has been responsible of inspect, evaluate and approve the conditions under which these wines have been preserved. Information on the traceability in its conservation has not been able to be verified.

These wines for collectors are suitable to be enjoyed, and the experience can be very rewarding, both organoleptically, as the fact of wines with history. Even so, it is important to remember that each antique wine experience is completely different to the younger wines, or less ancient vintage, besides, being different from one bottle to another. Similarly, it is important not to forget that such experiences are not appreciated equally for all wine enthusiasts.

To fully enjoy it, we recommend that you keep the bottle in an upright position for at least 48 hours, in this way, possible sediments shall be deposited in the Fund. It is important to open very carefully these old wines, and, above all, not decant them due to the fragility that these wines have.
