Color and Appearance:	Cherry red color with cherry rim.
Nose / Aroma:	Intense aromas of black fruit, blackberries and blueberries, accompanied by deep aromas of fresh red fruit, along with creamy notes of coffee and chocolate with a background of vanilla.
Mouth / Flavors:	The palate is fresh, complex with well integrated wood and silky tannins. Long finish.
Recommendations:	Temperature 16º - 18º C
Food Pairing:	Cured cheeses, roast lamb, lamb cutlets, stews, game meat and less.
