Color and Appearance:	Nice dark cherry red color.
Nose / Aroma:	Aromas of ripe fruit and concentrated with mineral and spicy touches, as well as notes of blackberry jam and blueberries wrapped by creamy oak and toffee and coffee with milk flashes.
Mouth / Flavors:	Concentrated and meaty, well balanced and sweet with subtle tannins. Very broad and expressive, its end clearly conveys the character of the terroir.
Recommendations:	Temperature 16 - 18º C
Food Pairing:	It is recommended for dishes such as marmitita, a traditional Basque stew prepared by fishermen with bonito, tomato and green pepper.
