Nose / Aroma:	An intense aroma of ripe black fruit and liquorice stands out on the nose, well integrated with the sensations of oak, such as notes of sweet spices.
Mouth / Flavors:	Tasty on the palate, with a sweet, friendly and nervous entry. It has a long and persistent finish with hints of black fruit.
Recommendations:	Temperature 16 - 18º C
Food Pairing:	It is a perfect companion for stews, red meats and legumes, without forgetting cured cheeses and sausages.
