Color and Appearance:	Its cherry red color of high layer is striking.
Nose / Aroma:	On the nose, the aromas of black fruit and berries stand out with subtle nuances of spices, liquorice and cocoa. The smoky notes provided by barrel ageing are very well integrated.
Mouth / Flavors:	On the palate it is sweet, fruity, tasty, round and with a finish persistent and elegant.
Recommendations:	Temperature 16 - 18º C
Food Pairing:	Especially suitable for homemade stews, baked and grilled, red meats, game or Iberian sausages.
