Color and Appearance:	Straw yellow color with intense greenish tones, and light golden.
Nose / Aroma:	Medium intensity, with aromas of aromatic herbs (laurel, rosemary), spicy (cumin) and infusion, (tea, chamomile). With hints of frosty fruit and an elegant background of lees.
Mouth / Flavors:	The palate is fresh, with good acidity and a sweet tooth. Unctuous, oily, with hints of ripe fruit and toasted tones. Mineral and saline aftertaste.
Recommendations:	Temperature: 8 - 10º C
Food Pairing:	Ideal with appetizers, sushi, pasta, fish, rice, white meat and seafood.
