Color and Appearance:	Bright golden color.
Nose / Aroma:	Aromas of ripe white fruit and flowers with a background of nuts, wrapped in the minerality and salinity typical of the area.
Mouth / Flavors:	Opulent, balanced, and structured, reminiscent of aromas of ripe fruit and nuts. Well-defined acidity very well integrated with the flavors from aging and fine, persistent bubbles. Very tasty and long aftertaste.
Recommendations:	Temperature: 8 - 10ºC
