Nose / Aroma:	Great intensity and freshness. Delicate notes of white flowers and citrus notes. Memories of sweet vanilla and bakery.
Mouth / Flavors:	The palate is round and broad, with a great balance. Apple juice, pear and delicate mandarin. We get memories of dried apricots and dried flowers from aging on lees.
Recommendations:	Temperature 6 - 8º C
