Winemaker notes:	La pizarra aporta una mineralidad que se transforma en volumen y carnosidad en el vino, y el granito se caracteriza por la verticalidad y finura. La altitud de los viñedos imprime la acidez necesaria para equilibrar todo lo anterior.
