Bertha Siglo XXI 2009

BHERTA CAVA

BHERTA CAVA

"Since 1989 we have been making what is for us the best wine in the world: CAVA. You will not find a sparkling wine with such a marked personality anywhere else. Because of the landscape, the soil, the climate and, above all, its native varieties. The mixture of these varieties gives the cava a unique personality."

El Penedès is located in the shelter of the Montserrat mountain range and relatively close to the sea. Its privileged location makes it a special place for the production of base wines for cavas.

The landscape is a spectacle at any time of the year. Until recently, Cava Bertha was located in the center of the town of San Sadurní d'Anoia, where they have worked, in a first stage, from 1989 to 2014.

It is in this old cellar that they have developed their activity with the great inconvenience of working in small spaces and in the center of the town, with all the problems that this entails, but it has been here that they have grown as a brand; where they have spent 25 years of their lives doing what they like the most and where they have carried out new projects.
