Nose / Aroma:	Intense nose that shows the passage of time. They dominate the spicy notes (licorice, chocolate, curry) and of plum and Blackberry jam, accompanied by a touch of infusion of Chamomile and toasted nuts.
Mouth / Flavors:	In the mouth it has a very sweet entry, is very concentrated and fresh to be very long and elegant finish.
Recommendations:	Temperature 8 - 10º C
Food Pairing:	Perfect for an aperitif, with blue or creamy cheeses. Try it also with a duck confit. And with desserts chocolate coulant or mousse - or a few pears, wine, it will surprise you.
