Nose / Aroma:	Fresh aromas of wild flower (broom) and fruit (pineapple, pear).
Mouth / Flavors:	In mouth it is tasty, with delicate substance fruity (Citrus) and an elegant finish.
Recommendations:	Temperature 10-12 ºC
Food Pairing:	Perfect with a lobster or a mushroom risotto rice. Blue fatty fish type turbot or salmon. A carpaccio of tuna or COD can be an excellent pairing.
