Color and Appearance:	In the Cañada París glass it has a soft straw color with golden reflections.
Nose / Aroma:	The nose highlights aromas of ripe lemon, green apricots, grapefruits and blood oranges. The aeration of the wine provides an iodized mineral veil that closes the fruit set.
Mouth / Flavors:	The mouth is very friendly and fresh, impressively fluid! The flavors of citrus and fine pastries are very defined and persistent during its journey. It highlights a velvety and intense acidity that generates the impulse to repeat.
Tasting notes:	Its finish is delicate and long on citrus and mineral notes, closing its nose with the aftertaste in a perfect circle.

Food Pairing:	It is a wine that goes very well with fresh oysters, ceviche fish, coastal salted fish and steamed clochinas.
