Color and Appearance:	In the glass it is a slightly straw-colored golden wine with green reflections in its youth. It presents small pearly bubbles at the opening that dissipate quickly.
Nose / Aroma:	Its nose is intense and deep with successive aromatic atmospheres. During the beginning of their olfactory phase they attack aromas of warm brioche and forest honeys, intertwined by creamy and sweet notes.
Mouth / Flavors:	Its mouth has an original entrance where the velvety, fatty textures cover an intense acidity that advocates a long storage capacity in years.
