Color and Appearance:	Color amarillo claro.
Nose / Aroma:	Lemon notes appear on the nose and develop a flint appearance. The balance between notes of vanilla and minerality is interesting.
Mouth / Flavors:	In the mouth, we find a good breadth of mouth, with fat, as well as a pleasant salivating and sweet foam.
Recommendations:	Temperature: 8 - 10ºC
Food Pairing:	It is tasted as an aperitif and it will be the ideal accompaniment to all your receptions. Soft cheeses, gruyeres, quiche, lunch, slightly elevated cuisine.

Ageing:	Alcoholic fermentation by inoculation in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels during more than 10 years (25%). Followed by 6 months on the lees. Malolactic fermentation not carried out.

Soils:	Sunny slopes with calcareous soils, bordered by the forest and caressed by the cold winds of the afternoon, ensuring a natural thermal regulation.
