Nose / Aroma:	Apple, pear and coing, well opened and tasty.
Mouth / Flavors:	Attack is round then mouth is consistent, contra-balanced by delicate freshness of acidity and fineness of effervescence.
Recommendations:	Temperature: 8 - 10º C
Food Pairing:	This cuvée matches well with gougères au curry, a poultry or rabbit terrine, a prosciutto and a tarte tatin for dessert.
