A wine made from Grenache subjected to a green harvest to control production, leaving only the best bunches. Its maturation is slow, reaching the month of October, thus achieving very good acidity that enhances the expressiveness of the red fruit at its ripening point.

Color and Appearance:	Garnet red with a low layer and a cherry rim.
Nose / Aroma:	On the nose, it adds elegance and freshness, floral touches that are accompanied by red fruit with a subtle earthy touch that adds complexity.
Mouth / Flavors:	In the mouth, the intensity of the aromas, the silky sensation and the freshness are surprising. The tannin is noble, provides structure, makes it a round wine. It is persistent, good acidity.
Recommendations:	Temperature 17º - 18º C.
Food Pairing:	A delicate wine in terms of aromas but with enough structure to accompany fatty fish, pasta with white sauces, poultry and semi-cured cheeses.

Ageing:	50% of the grapes were fermented with the whole bunch and the other half with the destemmed grapes in 5000 L stainless steel tanks. It has often remained for 11 months in clay pots.
