Color and Appearance:	The view presents an intense color. When the cup moves, it turns upward and appears to dance in the cup.
Nose / Aroma:	On the nose with great intensity, highlighting the exotic mango, summer fruit (yellow, yellow) and pink grapefruit. Balsamic, herbal, peppermint among gamer flowers.
Mouth / Flavors:	Vibrant mouth, fresh step, emphasized by the character of the godello in its passage. With balsamic aftertaste, broad, tasty, glyceric. Good structure and spaciousness. Final bitterness that prolongs it and contributes to the elegance.
Recommendations:	Temperature: 10 - 12º C
Food Pairing:	Harmonizes with seafood, fish, meat, poultry, game, mushrooms and creamy cheeses.

Godeval

Bodegas Godeval was founded in 1986 carrying out a first vinification to produce a single varietal wine based on grapes of the Godello variety.

The winery has been expanding its plantations over the years but always following the same philosophy of seeking slate land with slopes and south orientation. The first were planted between the 70s and 80s by the founders of the winery, on the slopes with the steepest slopes in the region in the Xagoaza area. The average age of the vines is above 15 years. A good part of the vineyards are oriented towards the South, thus guaranteeing the sunshine that leads to perfect maturation. The slope of the land and the slate soil guarantee good ventilation and health of the grapes. Wines with very special characteristics such as Godeval Cepas Vellas and Godeval Revival are produced from the first vineyards planted on estates such as "Liebres" and "Pancho".
