Color and Appearance:	Bright straw yellow color with golden reflections.
Nose / Aroma:	with aniseed sensations at first and still glass, with stirring the fruit appears with hints of yellow plum and peach, light aromas of cereals. Herbal and citrus aromas, mineral background.
Mouth / Flavors:	On the palate it is creamy, full-bodied, with excellent acidity and freshness, citrus notes of grapefruit, plum sensations, light balsamic, with a herbaceous touch of laurel, slightly salty. Long finish with slight bitterness.
