A fully mature wine, the result of a long aging under flor veil in American oak casks using the solera and criaderas system. Very dry, it denotes a salinity, complexity, intensity and length that is difficult to compare, offering a long persistence in the palate. This is a fine breed, pure, serious, traditional. Color and Appearance:	Appearance bright golden color with greenish notes.
Nose / Aroma:	Intense notes of aging under a flower veil, with a very good balance, behind which we find hints of herbs, dry grass, bitter almonds and marine notes.
Mouth / Flavors:	Light and delicate at the entrance to become powerful and round immediately after, making us salivate for its long coexistence with the flower. Persistent and subtle, with elegant almond notes.
Winemaker notes:	Average Old Age: 10-12 years.
Food Pairing:	Preferably you have to drink it fresh, in a glass of wine, and it is extraordinary combined with nuts, pickles, shellfish, fish or salted meats.
