Finca Bacara begins its adventure by acquiring vineyards of more than 50 years old, 16 hectares of old vines, where the Monastrell is the protagonist, present in some unique wines, made with the maximum respect for the place where they come from.
Finca Bacara is located in the D.O.P JUMILLA, an area characterized by its wide valleys and plains.
The climate is sunny and arid, with little rain, and an average annual temperature of 16º, with winters that reach temperatures below zero degrees, and hot summers that exceed 40º.
They are very calcareous soils, which have a high water retention capacity and medium permeability, being very beneficial for the vines during the prolonged dry season.
The 16 hectares of Finca Bacara vineyards are located at an altitude of 900m.
