Color and Appearance:	The visual aspect is clean and elegant, straw-colored with a greenish rim.
Nose / Aroma:	It is a wine with noble aromas, which transmits its aromatic intensity from the expression of plants such as fennel, gorse and a delicate memory of the chestnut blossom, with citrus notes.
Mouth / Flavors:	On the palate it is large on the attack, fresh but voluptuous at the same time, fat, which melts into a complex and fruity mid palate. Its finish is marked by the saline minerality of its soil that gives it the personality and character.
